At PartyLite US, we want you to love your home fragrance and decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your PartyLite account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original shipping box, ensuring all glass items are well-protected to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
